01 Roster · the agent platform

Your AI team. Six to start. Infinite to build.

Roster is a platform for building, running, and sharing always-on AI agents — on your phone, on your Claude. Start with our six. Build your own. Make them as deep as you need.

02 Two ways in

Works out of the box. Deep when you want it.

Most people start with the six we ship. Some go further the same afternoon. Both paths use the same engine.

Path A · Hire

Start with our six.

Miles, Watch, Cairn, Ledger, Orbit, Fiscal. Pre-tuned, pre-permissioned, ready in two taps. Most people never need more than this.

Path B · Build

Or design your own.

Name it. Tell it what its job is. Give it the right permissions, the right memory, the right tools. Test it. Put it on the team.

name: Pitch
role: investor outreach & pipeline
memory: scoped
permissions: read · draft · send (asks first)
No-code form Or write the manifest Save · share later

03 The builder

An agent is six things. You write the first one.

No frameworks, no SDK, no afternoon spent reading docs. Open the builder, fill in the form, hit test. If you want the manifest, it's right there.

  • Name & role What you call it. What it does.
  • Instructions Plain English. Treat it like a job description.
  • Permissions Per-tool, per-action. Outbound stuff always asks.
  • Memory scope Private to the agent, or shared with the team.
  • Tools Web, files, integrations. Add your own.
  • Voice Inherits yours by default — change it any time.
Build Test Publish Draft
// Be specific. Treat this like a job description. You watch my pipeline doc for new investor leads. For each one, do a quick pass — fund thesis, check size, recent investments, mutual connections — then draft a cold note in my voice. // Voice: short. No "hope this finds you well." // If they led a Seed in the last 6 months, flag it.

04 The starter pack

Six agents, on the house. For when you don't feel like building.

Each one is a working example, fork-able and editable. Open Miles, tweak the instructions, rename it — now you have your own.

M

Miles

Assistant

The one who watches your inbox, your calendar, and the seventeen tabs you forgot to close. Drafts replies, books things, surfaces what actually matters.

Sample reply
› reply to Sarah re: Tuesday — DRAFTED
› move standup to 11am — DONE
› flagged: invoice from Stripe (overdue 4d)

W

Watch

Community

Reads every Slack channel, Discord server, and group chat you've abandoned. Tells you when something needs you, and otherwise stays quiet.

Sample reply
12 messages, 2 worth reading.
› Anna shipped the new onboarding (link)
› Pricing thread — they want your call by Fri

C

Cairn

CEO Coach

The voice in your ear that asks the question you'd rather not. Reads your week, your decisions, your patterns. Keeps you honest about what you said you'd do.

Sample reply
Three things, in order:
1. The hard call with R.
2. Pricing decision (3rd week now).

05 The trust story

Your Claude. Your rules. Your agents.

The two questions everyone asks first. We answer them on the same page.

BYO Claude

Your subscription. No second bill.

You already pay Anthropic. Roster signs into that account, uses your Pro or Max plan, and stops when you hit your limit. Build a hundred agents — they all share the one bill you already pay.

Trust & control

Each agent only does what you said it could.

Every agent — ours or yours — has its own scope, its own memory, and a permission set you wrote. Anything that touches the outside world pauses for an explicit yes.

06 How it works

Sign in. Pick or build. Read the morning brief.

Step 01

Sign in with Claude.

Roster runs on your Claude subscription. We don't resell tokens, we don't mark up the model. Your key, your usage.

Step 02

Pick from the roster — or build your own.

Install one of the six in two taps. Or open the builder, write a job description, give it the permissions you trust it with.

Step 03

They work. You approve.

Anything that touches the world — sending an email, moving money, replying for you — pauses for your nod. Everything else they just do.

07 The pitch, in one paragraph

Most AI tools give you a chat box. Roster gives you a workshop. Six agents to start with. A builder for everything else. One quiet feed where they all report in. And one bill — the one you already pay Claude.

08 Get Roster

Currently iPhone only. Android, soon.

Free to install. You'll need a Claude Pro or Max subscription to run the agents — most users already have one.
